Or should I say retired Brigadier General Hickey, I’m an admirer of your recent work and I look forward to seeing you sift through the countless problems the VA has been known for. Your proposed revisions seem like a great start- not to mention the 60 percent increase of budget from 90 billion dollars since 2009 (even though you’ve only jumped on board this past June, you’re still pushing for another increase next year as well)! Keep the momentum going lady!
By the way, I see you accrued flying hours on the KC-10A…I know flyers and maintainers don’t typically get along, but lets be friends, k?
